Filter/Regulator Assemblies

To insure lasting performance and contaminate protection for your air bearing motion system, ABTech, Inc. offers two standard dual element filter/regulator accessory units. Each unit keeps air line contaminates such as water, oil or solid particles from entering into the small restrictors in your air bearings.

If your air bearing motion system is powered, then we recommend adding a saftey interlock pressure sensor switch to detect the loss of air supply to the air bearing stage. You should also consider the use of air dryers and accumulator tanks for top performance out of your ultra-precision air bearings.
