Tilt and Center Work Tables

ABTech, inc designed TC4 and TC8 series tilt and center worktables to provide the ultimate in smooth X/Y axis motion for staging cylindrical workpieces for circular form measurements.

TC4 series worktables feature 4 spring loaded knobs for quick and accurate adjustments; 2 knobs for centering and 2 knobs for vertical tip/tilt control. TC8 series worktables feature 8 opposing knobs (4 for centering and 4 for tilt alignment) to securely lock in the settings for more heavy-duty applications. Tilt and center work tables are available for all rotary air bearings from 4" (100 mm) to 60" (1524 mm) in diameter and with standard as well as customized clear apertures and bolt hole configurations.

ABTech tilt and center worktables are ideal additions to air bearing tables for precision TIR and other geometry measurements.
