Tunable vacuum pressure for parts holding on air bearings

ABTech developed a complete vacuum control module to add vacuum part holding functionality to TIR Gages and other air bearing applications.

This air actuated vacuum pump uses the venturi method to create vacuum pressure from the same compressed air as is used to run the air bearing.

The pressure is tunable to hold the desired part and face mounted toggle switches for High/Low and On/Off make part changing quick and easy.

Vacuum generated using clean compressed shop air
Tunable pressure levels with air supply and vacuum output dial gage indicators
Low vacuum adjustment
On/Off and High/Low toggle switches
Sealed and durable control housing
Quick connectors for air inlet and vacuum out
Air hoses and T-connector included

Air filter and regulators are highly recommeded as are air dryers and accumulator tanks for top performance of your ultra-precision air bearings.
