Setting Master
Our setting master gages feature ABTech’s air bearing linear slides for ultra-smooth extremely accurate motion over as much as 80 inches (2 meters) of travel. They can be pre-programmed with and store up to 16 linear offsets. They feature both vertical and horizontal position control with coarse and fine adjust hand wheel. A digital readout displays 60 micro-inch (1.5 micron) resolution.
All dimensional measurement gages are constructed from precision ground durabar or nickel-plated steel and inspection-grade granites for stability and strength.

Various high-resolution optical encoders (available with millions of counts per inch); digital readout (DRO) options.

Beam gages; laser interferometer measurement systems; gage blocks for reference mastering; replaceable hardened anvils.
ACCURACY
Straightness of travel accuracy to 0.0005” (12.7 micron) over full length.
Position accuracy of 0.000,240” (6 micron).
