Manual Linear Air Bearings
ABTech inc offers a full line of ultra high precision air bearings and slides for applications requiring linear straightness and flatness, linear positioning, high velocity, constant velocity, and systems that require friction free motion. Our product offering includes dovetail, rectangular and box way configurations manufactured from aluminum, steel, granite or ceramic depending on the application requirements. Precise straightness and flatness of travel to 5 μ" per inch and angular errors to 0.5 arcsec per inch.

Motorized Linear Air Bearings
ABTech inc offers linear motor and encoder direct drive servo systems and precision ball screw drives for all of our linear air bearings. Custom engineered for customer specific applications. These systems can be configured with just the linear motor and encoder or with amplifier and motion controller to provide a turnkey solution.

Motorized Mechanical Linear Bearings
ABTech inc offers precision croll roller and reciprocating ball type mechanical linear slides for applications that do not require air bearing accuracies. These systems are often custom engineered to provide a solution for customer specific applications. Ideal for single axis or stacked configurations.

Oil Hydrostatic Linear Bearings
Designed for the most demanding ultra precision machining applications, these oil hydrostatic slides offer the highest stiffness and accuracy available. Ideal for diamond turning, grinding, and high precision positioning.
