MXY Linear Motor Positioning Stage
ABTech inc's Mini X-Y Linear Motor Stage combines Thrust Tube "Micro" Series linear motors with non-contact linear encoders and precision mechanical guideway bearings to produce a unique lightweight, low mass and low profile, linear motor positioning stage.
This design incorporates the linear motors coil (forcer) as the stages workholding carriage while the linear mechanical guideway bearings provide load support, travel straightness and orthogonality for accurate positioning and repeatability.
The Thrust Tube linear motors are electrically identical to conventional brushless DC motors making them compatible to most third party brushless drives.
These mini X-Y stages are ideally suited for pick-and-place or point-to-point positioning applications such as biomedical sample handling or inspection.

CRS-1012 XY Linear Cross Roller Slide
ABTech inc offers a precision cross roller slide design ideal for single axis or stacked stage applications.
ABTech's attention to detail through out manufacturing and assembly result in a superior performing mechanical bearing stage.
High precision cross roller linear guide rails are incorporated into the slides providing high accuracy travel straightness, smoothness of motion and high stiffness.
The CRS-1012 X-Y stages are available in anodized, hard anodized or electroless nickel plated aluminum. The nickel plated version features fully vented holes and vacuum compatible hardware and lubricants ideal for demanding vacuum environment applications such as in semi-conductor mask repair or etching.

ABTech inc offers this open frame mechanical X-Y Ball Stage for use in vision inspection systems and other optical applications requiring a clear aperture design with precision repeatability of motion. Bi-directional position repeatability is ±.0001"
