Low Speed Air Bearing Spin Tables
Our standard line of friction free air bearing tables and rotary air bearing stages are ideal for applications requiring sub-micron ultra-high precision reference axis such as TIR, out of roundness, squareness, concentricity and parallelism measurements, precision rotary grinding, optical lens alignment and turbine engine component assembly. All of our air bearing rotary tables are also offered with direct drive servo motor systems (motorized air bearing tables).

High Speed Air Bearing Spindles
ABTech's high speed air bearing spindles provide the ultimate performance for applications up to 20,000 rpm. Application specific design features include flange mount, foot mount, vacuum feed through the center, clear aperture for optics, liquid cooling, collets, vacuum chucks, and complete turnkey motion control systems.

Mechanical Ball Bearing Spin Tables
For lower accuracy applications where air bearings are not required we offer our ball bearing spin tables. These precision mechanical bearing tables offer high stiffness and load capacity with radial and axial accuracies of 1.0 μm. Offered as mechanical bearing tables or motorized mechanical bearing tables with integral brushless DC direct drive systems.

Oil Hydrostatic Bearing Spin Tables
Designed for the most demanding ultra precision machining applications, these oil hydrostatic rotary tables offer the highest stiffness and accuracy available. Ideal for tool normal diamond turning, low speed work holding, and high precision indexing applications.
