Air Bearing Spin Table with 6" Clear Aperture and Gas Port

ABTech developed this air bearing rotary stage for a customer specific application in lens alignment. This bearing has one independent gas port to direct a customer supplied gas up to a sample under test. The gas port jumps the air bearing gap which allows a friction free rotary union feature that has no affect on the accuracy of the air bearing.

AT64 Low Inertia Air Bearing Spin Table

ABTech developed this low inertia rotary air bearing spindle with two independent gas ports to direct a customer supplied gas up to a sample under test. The gas ports jump the air bearing gap which allows a friction free rotary union feature that has no affect on the accuracy of the air bearing.

ABTech worked with Renishaw Inc to integrate their new REXM 183 mm ultra-high accuracy ring and SiGNUM series encoder with our standard AT200 air bearing rotary table.

 Mult-Spin Unit with 3 Air Bearings in 1 Unit

ABTech inc worked with a leading precision bearing manufacturer to develop this multiple spin air bearing unit for torque testing. The inner bore is matched to the customer tooling to provide the inner friction free air bearing surface. The intermediate spin table and the outer spin table are completely separate air bearings and are floating independently of each other. The customer tooling locates on the two hardened stainless steel tapered sleeves located on the top of each air bearing.
