The small custom jig is ideal for rotary tables up to 200mm in diameter, while the large custom jig is typically best for medium rotary tables up to 400mm in diameter. These fixture plates are accurately located and fastened directly on the rotary table. This simple, economical method allows using modular fixturing or dedicated permanent fixturing. We have custom vacuum jigs available as well.
These 3-point contact scroll chucks are constructed with high-quality forged steel, allowing for higher lathe speeds. The ultra-fine and fine adjust probe mounts can be used with most gage arms and with both lever and plunger probe mounts. The fine adjust mount has a .020” pitch adjustment screw and the ultra-fine adjust mount has a .013” pitch adjustment screw.

The combo lever/plunger type probe mount is designed to allow two probes to gain access to a face and diameter in close proximity to one another using one horizontal arm. The dual plunger-type gage mount is made to allow two probes to gain access to two OD's using one horizontal arm.
These extension cables are made to be used with both the lever and plunger-style probes. There are various standard lengths available, and custom lengths are available on request.
The MicroTIR user interface displays measurement results in a traditional analog-style needle and digital format. The maximum and minimum readings and TIR are all captured which removes potential operator error and user subjectivity. You can input part numbers and descriptions and your results can be saved or printed for customer verification or as a traveler for the part.

The adapters we offer at ABTech take a standard cable exit on a plunger probe and provide a 90° bend in the cable. This allows for easier probe placement on parts in certain configurations.
This adapter allows you to use 4-48 threaded probe tips which allow for an easy change of custom lengths, ball sizes, ball material etc. These adapters also eliminate left and right probe tip movement. This reduces the chance of improper probe placement on part surfaces.

ABTech’s gage blocks are a system for producing precision lengths. These are used to calibrate our standard lever and plunger probes on our standard products that use electronic probes. The individual gage block is metal and is precision ground to a specific thickness. An important feature of gage blocks is that they can be joined together with very little dimensional uncertainty. A small number of gauge blocks can be used to create accurate lengths within a wide range.
To ensure lasting performance and contaminate protection for your air-bearing motion system ABTech offers two basic dual element filter/regulator accessory units. The small model unit (#00787AC) has a 5.0-micron pre-filter and 0.5-micron coalescing secondary filter and the larger model unit (#00938AD) has a 5.0-micron pre-filter and a 0.3-micron coalescing secondary filter.
If your air bearing motion system is powered then we recommend adding a safety interlock pressure sensor switch to detect the loss of air supply to the air bearing stage.

We have various replacement air filters on offer for both small and large air filters and regulators.
These anti-rotational locks are made for all EAS tables. They are classified as "best practice" for torquing parts, over shutting off the air supply.
