Vacuum Controllers

These units run off of shop air and have built-in vacuum release buttons, selectable adjustable high and low vacuum options, and gages to display incoming air pressure and the current vacuum.

Small Custom Jigs

This small custom jig is ideal for small rotary tables up to 200mm in diameter, but can also be used for larger tables up to 400 mm in diameter. The fixture plates are accurately located and fastened directly on the rotary table. This simple, economical method allows using modular fixturing or dedicated permanent fixturing. ABTech has custom vacuum jigs available as well.

Collet Chucks

These collet chucks are commonly used with multiple parts of the same size or smaller diameters that have limited ways to remain secure during a measurement.

Scroll Chuck with 3-Point contact

• High-quality forged steel body construction allows for higher lathe speeds
• Hardened and ground scroll is precision balanced, allowing longer life and greater accuracy
• Hardened jaws and pinions increase the life of the chuck

Micro Test Ball Sets

Master test balls are made of tungsten carbide with a stainless-steel magnetic base and a threaded Delrin protective cover. Each set comes with a certification of calibration and traceability to at least 2.0 microinches (0.05 microns) accuracy after having been tested using ultra-precision form measurement gage, calibrated gage blocks directly traceable to NIST, and the Donaldson ball reversal technique to eliminate spindle error isolating only the error of the test ball itself.

MicroForm Fine Adjust

This style fine adjust typically comes on any dual-probe MicroForm system as well as some of our gage stands
• Can only be used with the lever style probe
• MicroForm fine adjust has a .020” pitch adjustment screw

MicroTIR (Shown with Single and Dual Probe Adaptors)

This user interface displays the results in both traditional analog-style and digital formats. The maximum and minimum readings and TIR are captured, removing potential operator error and user subjectivity. You can input part numbers and descriptions, and your results can be saved or printer for customer verification or as a traveler for the part.

Extension Cables

These extension cables are made to be used with both the lever and plunger-style probes. There are various standard lengths available and custom lengths available on request.

Changeable Probe Tip Adaptor

This adapter will allow you to use 4-48 threaded probe tips allowing for an easy change of custom lengths, ball sizes, ball material etc. These adapters also eliminate left and right probe tip movement which reduces the chance of improper probe placement on part surfaces.

Gage Blocks for Probe Calibration

ABTech’s gage blocks are a system for producing precision lengths. These are used to calibrate our standard lever and plunger probes on our standard products that use electronic probes. The individual gage block is metal and is precision ground to a specific thickness. An important feature of gage blocks is that they can be joined together with very little dimensional uncertainty. A small number of gauge blocks can be used to create accurate lengths within a wide range.

Large Air Filter Regulator

To ensure lasting performance and contaminate protection for your air-bearing motion system ABTech offers two basic dual element filter/regulator accessory units. The small model unit (#00787AC) has a 5.0-micron pre-filter and 0.5-micron coalescing secondary filter and the larger model unit (#00938AD) has a 5.0-micron pre-filter and a 0.3-micron coalescing secondary filter.
If your air bearing motion system is powered then we recommend adding a safety interlock pressure sensor switch to detect the loss of air supply to the air bearing stage.

 

Electronics Carts

These electronics carts are used to mount monitors, PCs, and controllers, and provides shelf space for a keyboard, mouse, and an optional printer.

Replacement Air Filters

We have various replacement air filters on offer for both small and large air filters and regulators.

Anti-Rotational Lock

These anti-rotational locks are made for all EAS tables. They are classified as "best practice" for torquing parts, over shutting off the air supply.
